1. M series heavy-duty reducer

1) Gears and gear shafts are made of high-quality alloy steel carburized and quenched, gears are profiled, and gear shafts are profiled and tooth profiled. The tooth load is evenly distributed, high strength, low noise, and low vibration.
2) The modular design method is adopted, and the main parts of the series have a small number of varieties and specifications, which maximizes the versatility and interchangeability. The varieties and specifications are highly derived, and the assembly and installation types are diverse, which is convenient for users to choose.
3) The strength of gears, shafts, and housings is designed to be balanced.
4) The series specification spectrum is arranged more reasonably, and the main parameters of the series are based on the R20 priority number. For large-size center distances, the R40 priority number is added.
5) Split housing is used for good maintainability.
6) The bearing model is increased as much as possible.
7) The shaft extension diameter of the input shaft is increased as much as possible.
8) The fan and cooling coil design is improved, the housing has a large heat dissipation area, and the allowable thermal power is high.
Application range
1) Input speed ≤1500r/min.
2) Gear transmission circumferential speed ≤20m/s.
3) The working environment temperature is -40℃ to +45℃. When the working environment temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil must be heated to above 0℃ before starting. When the working environment temperature is above 45℃, heat insulation or cooling measures must be adopted.
4) It can be widely used in the transmission of mechanical equipment in metallurgy, mining, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, light industry and energy.
