ZDY series reducer is a single-stage transmission cylindrical gear reducer with nine assembly forms.
The center distances are: 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, and 560.
The transmission ratios are: 1.25, 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 2, 2.44, 2.5, 2.8, 3.15, 3.55, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3.
This type of reducer has the characteristics of small size, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, low noise, long life and high working efficiency. It is an ideal reduction transmission device and is widely used in metallurgy, mining, petrochemical, energy, transportation, cement, construction, textile, light industry and other industries.
The reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions. When the user requires the reducer to brake in the reverse direction from unidirectional operation, a backstop can be configured at the high-speed shaft end.
The conditions of use are as follows:
1. The speed of high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 rpm;
2. The operating environment temperature of the reducer is allowed to be -40 degrees Celsius to +45 degrees Celsius.
3. The circumferential speed of the gear shall not exceed 20 m/s
