Jiangsu Jintai New Reducer Co., Ltd., founded on March 24, 2005, stands tall in the high-tech industrial cluster area of Taixing City, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, and is a rising star in the reducer industry. We focus on the research and manufacturing of mining gearboxes, with a rich and diverse product line, including but not limited to cutting gearboxes (covering transverse tunneling machines, longitudinal tunneling machines, anchor body machines, planetary tunneling machines, etc.), walking gearboxes (such as BS20 series), as well as JH, JX, P, K, R series gearboxes, rotary gearboxes, mining M series gearboxes, etc., fully meeting the needs of the mining industry for efficient and reliable gearboxes.
The company adheres to the business philosophy of "quality first, innovation as the soul", and has established a complete and internationally compliant quality management system (GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015), and adopts advanced computer-aided design technology to ensure that each product can accurately match the special needs of customers. Our production base covers an area of 80000 square meters, with a building area of 25000 square meters, gathering 380 elite employees, including 3 senior engineers and 40 technical backbones, to jointly build a strong R&D and production team.
In terms of hardware facilities, the company has introduced world-class production equipment such as the German Niels gear grinding machine NILES1600E, Liebherr 1250 gear hobbing machine, Changji Technology gear hobbing machine, South Korean Doosan vertical lathe, South Korean Doosan boring and milling machining center, horizontal machining equipment, as well as advanced heat treatment equipment such as the German Epson multi-purpose furnace, domestic micro controlled nitriding furnace, and well furnace. In addition, we are equipped with high-precision testing equipment such as Harbin Liangchan Gear Measurement Center, 500KW and 75KW whole machine performance testing benches, and three coordinate measuring instruments to ensure that every factory product meets the quality standards of "high precision, high reliability, and high durability".
